Other TakeBack guidance

Show the surface. Show the construction.

When Renuvo asks for product photographs, two clear views usually provide the most useful starting point.

Top-down photograph showing the complete carpet-tile surface

01 · Top-down view

Show the complete surface.

  1. Place one tile flat in even natural or room light.
  2. Hold the camera directly above and parallel to the tile.
  3. Fill the frame while keeping all four edges visible.

02 · Low-angle view

Show texture and thickness.

  1. Position the camera close to tile level.
  2. Include the surface, pile and one complete edge.
  3. Keep the image steady, well lit and in focus.

A useful photograph

Keep the product easy to read.

Use a plain, uncluttered background and avoid strong shadows, filters or digital colour changes.

If damage, staining or wear is relevant, add a separate close-up after taking the two standard views.

  • One tileUse a representative complete tile unless Renuvo asks for something else.
  • True colourUse neutral light and avoid flash glare where possible.
  • Sharp markingsPhotograph the reverse clearly enough for printed details to be read.

Preparing an Other TakeBack submission

Send the markings you can see.

The manufacturer, product name, date and batch details can help Renuvo identify the tile.
