What are you buying?
What is professionally renewed carpet tile?
It is commercial carpet tile selected as suitable for another installation, professionally renewed, individually inspected and prepared as an identified product batch.
Do all recovered carpet tiles become Renuvo flooring?
No. Products are assessed by condition, product and quantity. Only suitable carpet tiles move into finished stock.
Why choose renewed flooring?
It keeps existing commercial flooring in use and can give a project more choice across design, quantity, availability and cost.
02 · Quality & guarantees
How is condition described?
What are the Renuvo quality levels?
Perfect, Perfectly Good and Perfectly Fine describe renewed condition and expected visual consistency. Technical specification remains product-specific.
Does Renuvo flooring carry a guarantee?
Yes. The stated quality level carries a 7, 5 or 2-year Renuvo guarantee for the purchased batch.
Will every tile look identical?
Not necessarily. Renewed flooring can show evidence of previous use according to its quality level. Products are inspected and sorted to provide the expected visual consistency for that level.

How does buying work?
How do I find flooring for a project?
Browse current availability or send Renuvo your area, colourway, programme and other important requirements.
Can Renuvo work with my flooring contractor?
Yes. Renuvo is supply-only and can provide the selected flooring for installation by your chosen commercial flooring contractor.
Which sample route should I use?
Choose a Quality comparison pack to understand Renuvo’s three condition levels. For a particular product on a live project, browse Available Flooring or share the project requirement so the relevant sample route can be confirmed.
Can I ask for a particular manufacturer or product?
Yes. Share any manufacturer, range, product or colourway reference you have. Availability is product-specific, so suitable alternatives may also be considered.

What evidence is available?
Does Renuvo product information replace the manufacturer specification?
No. Renuvo product information does not replace the original manufacturer’s technical specification. If you need technical information for a specific product, ask us and we’ll provide the manufacturer information we hold.
Which manufacturer flammability statements does Renuvo hold?
Renuvo currently holds statements from Interface, Tarkett, Milliken, Ege and modulyss.
05 · TakeBack
Got carpet tiles coming out?
What products can enter Renuvo TakeBack?
Renuvo’s service is for commercial carpet tiles, including full tiles and off-cuts where the service requirements are met.
Do the products need to be suitable for reuse?
No. Products are assessed after receipt. Suitability depends on the products and their condition; Renuvo’s aim is to maximise reuse at every opportunity.
What markings help identify a carpet tile?
For an Other TakeBack submission, look for the manufacturer, product name, production date and batch number on the reverse of the tile.

How do I arrange a TakeBack?
Start a TakeBack and choose the route for a manufacturer or another organisation. Existing customers can sign in to book and follow consignments.
