Can Renuvo arrange collection?
Yes. Choose collection logistics when booking. You can also arrange delivery to Renuvo. Available options and charges are shown in the booking process.
When is payment needed?
For Other TakeBack customers, collection logistics and pallet supplies must be paid before the consignment is booked. Tiering is charged after receipt.
Can I book more than one collection?
Each booking covers one vehicle collection. Submit a separate booking for each collection your project needs.
Will every carpet tile be reused?
Products are assessed after receipt. Suitability for renewal depends on the products and their condition; our aim is to maximise reuse at every opportunity.
