Practical experience. A clearer route to reuse.

David founded Renuvo Flooring to make commercial carpet-tile reuse work more clearly from beginning to end. Drawing on experience across recovery, TakeBack, assessment, renewal, logistics and resale, he is building a service that helps suitable flooring move confidently from one project to the next.

The purpose behind Renuvo

From recovered flooring to a product another project can choose.

Commercial carpet tiles are made to last, yet many are removed with useful life remaining. Finding them a meaningful next use requires more than collection. The flooring must be identified, assessed, renewed, clearly presented and matched to a real requirement.

Renuvo brings those disciplines together as a practical commercial route between the project releasing flooring and the next one that can use it.

Experience built in practice

Understanding the whole journey.

David’s experience spans what happens before flooring leaves a site and what must happen before another customer can specify or buy it. He later co-founded Uplyfted, developing that experience further through commercial carpet-tile recovery and reuse. That view of both sides of the process now shapes Renuvo.

What experience has shown

Reuse succeeds when the product earns confidence.

The next customer needs clarity: what the product is, how much is available, what condition it is in and whether it is right for the project.

Understand the product

Identify the flooring, establish the quantity and assess its suitability before it is offered again.

Prepare it properly

Professionally renew suitable tiles and inspect them individually as part of a defined batch.

Make it easier to choose

Present clear quality, useful product information and real availability, supported by practical project guidance.

“Recovery is only the beginning. Reuse happens when the next customer understands the product, trusts its quality and chooses it for their project.”
