What it covers
Product assurance after purchase.
The current Renuvo guarantee covers material or manufacturing defects that may result in premature wear or damage to the carpet tiles within the applicable guarantee period.
Damage caused by improper installation not carried out by Renuvo, misuse, neglect, excessive wear and tear, water, fire, chemicals or other external factors is excluded.
- Claim assessmentRenuvo reviews the reported issue and supporting information before confirming whether the claim is covered.
- Renuvo’s remedyAt Renuvo’s sole discretion, the affected carpet tiles will either be replaced or the necessary repairs provided free of charge where the claim is covered.
- Original purchaserThe guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
